Q: When can I order?

A: We don't cater to the masses, rebel! Orders are accepted Saturdays 10am - Sundays 2pm CST. Don't even think about trying to sneak in an order outside of these hours.


Q: Can I customize my cookie order?

A: You want to join the cookie rebellion? Of course, you can customize! Choose from our menu of rebellious flavors or create your own flavor combination. Just don't ask us to make it boring.


Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: Refunds? Exchanges? You must be joking! All sales are final, rebel. We're a rebel bakery, not a charity.


Q: Can I pick up my order in person?

A: Want to meet the rebels in person? We will soon be offering local pickups at specific locations and times on Saturdays in Dallas/Fort Worth are. Keep an eye out on our ordering process page for updates & details.


Q: Are your cookies gluten-free/vegan/etc.?

A: Special dietary needs? Our cookies currently contain allergens such as dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, & gluten. We are working to hopefully make accommodations to our menu for gluten-free and vegan options in the future, stay tuned.


Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Change your mind? Too bad, rebel. All orders are final. Don't bother trying to cancel or change it. We're too busy baking cookie chaos to care.


Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping? Ha! We're not Amazon, rebel. Shipping times vary, usually 2-3 days Priority Mail via USPS. Check your email for tracking info. And don't bother asking us to rush it.


Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yeah, we'll deliver - but only to our local rebels who order custom cookies. And, yeah, it's gonna cost you - fees definitely apply. But don't worry, we'll coordinate the drop-off details after you've paid your dues (aka invoice).


Q: Can I get a refund if my cookies arrive damaged?

A: Damaged cookies? That's on you, rebel. We pack our cookies with care, but we can't control the shipping gods. No refunds for damaged goods.
